3 more of our customised meals! We have our gluten free chicken curry with veg, our chicken breast with with brown rice, sweet potato and veg and our beef burger with pepper sauce (optional) with basmati rice, sweet potato and veg ☺️ these 3 meals
Are being accompanied by our homemade veg soup 😃

Hey guys
Everybody is asking about our meal plans and what's our menu. We don't have a set menu for everyone as we want all out meals to be customised by our customers!
For our meat/protein part of our meals we have
-Turkey steaks
- Homemade beef burgers
- Steamed chicken breast
- Roast beef ( ask Adam for more info)
For our carbs we have
- basmati rice
- brown rice
- sweet potato mash
Our vegatables
-broccoli
-green beans
-carrots
- sweet peas
-cauliflower
-mangetout
We offer 3 meals and 1 salad as part of our deal and the salad includes
- one of the above proteins
- Mediterranean salad
-boiled egg
- salad dressing (on the side)
-chickpeas
-shredded carrot
Instead of a salad also we are offering a 16 ounce cup of veg soup.
As I said all our meals are CUSTOMISED to each individual customer so don't be afraid to ask 😊
From March 23rd we are offering omelets as part of our meals/salads
From March 30 we are offering a fruit smoothie as part of our meals/salads
