Darkness Into Light Arklow 2026

Proud to have been there, all coming together for such an important cause. There was something powerful about seeing Arklow light up in the early hours with kindness, support, and people looking out for one another.

Events like this remind us how important it is to talk, to check in on each other, and to never let anyone feel alone.

Very grateful to everyone who organised it, volunteered, donated, and showed up. Arklow should be proud. 🌅

A stunning new addition outside Deck Coffeehouse 🎨☕

This incredible mural of David Attenborough has transformed the wall into something truly special. The colour, detail and atmosphere are unreal in person — a proper piece of street art for the town to enjoy.

Mary (Nolan) Hickey is back at it again, pushing the limits to raise vital funds for our lifeboats. This time she’s taking on her incredible “Lap Across The Map” challenge — cycling roughly 400km from Maynooth to Galway and back 💪

This isn’t her first rodeo either… Mary has already:
🌊 Run the entire Irish coastline
🚴‍♀️ Cycled around Ireland
💛 Raised tens of thousands for RNLI

All to support the amazing volunteers who head out in all weather to save lives at sea.

The RNLI relies on donations, and people like Mary make a real difference. If you can, please show your support — every euro helps keep our lifeboats ready 🚤
