Erik, mid-pour. Ask him about the Sumatran. Come find us 7am–10pm, every day — upstairs or down by the pool, coffee's poured either way.

The Sumatran is Mandailing Estate — grown high in North Sumatra, processed with giling basah, the traditional wet-hulling method where beans are hulled still moist. Heavy body, dark chocolate, low acid. Built for milk.

Alongside it, Seniman's Kintamani arabica, grown in Bali and roasted in Ubud.

Through shared laughs, ideas, and colors, last Sunday we hosted Ruang Fungsi at Mana for an art exhibition featuring Agugn and Aharimu. Thanks to the artists and everyone who made the journey up to the cliff.
