From our Taoist Tonic Bar CHAGA - a parasitic mushroom, some say it’s a fungi 🤷🏽‍♂️ we love it either way.

Reduces inflammation
High in antioxidants, chaga has up to 50 times more SOD enzymes than fruit juices, leafy greens, truffles, and seaweed. Chaga’s incredible ability to combat oxidative stress makes it a powerful ally in the fight against aging, heart disease and cancer.

“By having these antioxidants, chaga mushrooms decrease inflammation in our gut, which can cause problems like irritable bowel syndrome,”

A study shows that chaga mushrooms can not only help reduce inflammation, but can also fight harmful bacteria.

Fights cancer
Many studies show the potential for chaga mushrooms to slow the growth of cancer cells.

“One study said that using the chaga supplement resulted in a 60% reduction in tumor size”.

Other research shows it helped prevent the growth of cancer cells in the liver.

Similar results have been seen in lung, breast, prostate and colon cancers.

Lowers blood sugar
For those with insulin resistance, polycystic ovarian syndrome or Type 2 diabetes, using chaga mushroom may help reduce blood sugar levels and improve insulin resistance.

Several studies show the potential — as much as a 31% decrease in blood sugar levels.

Lowers cholesterol
With its high amounts of antioxidants, chaga may also help lower cholesterol, which can reduce your risk of heart disease.

We keep things grounded in structure and clarity, building systems that actually function and making sure every step has purpose behind it. It’s not about memorising, it’s about understanding how and why things come together. That’s where real confidence starts to form.

Raw food goes far beyond blending or arranging ingredients. It’s timing, awareness, technique, and knowing how to work with what each element naturally offers.

This pad Thai is not an alteration of nature, but a quiet alignment with it. Zucchini noodles carry a soft, natural sweetness, gently awakened in sweet and sour tamarind until they settle into a deeper, more grounded expression.

Mixed vegetables remain whole in their presence, offering texture, color, and vitality exactly as they are, without being pushed beyond their natural state 🌱

A rich Thai-inspired almond butter sauce ties everything together, not to dominate but to hold balance, warmth, and cohesion across each element.

Finished with Thai basil salad sprinkles, bringing a bright aromatic lift that opens the plate with freshness and life energy 🌺

Here, the intention is simple. To let food remain close to its origin so the body can meet it without resistance. Nourishment becomes recognition, and balance becomes the natural outcome 🌊

Every ingredient in this cup is drawn from the same living intelligence that shapes the land and the body 🌿

In this living blend, nothing is forced, only gathered, remembered, and gently brought into coherence. Soursop and its leaf carry their quiet tropical depth, while mangosteen and mango ginger unfold brightness and warmth. Pandanus weaves its green fragrance through everything, and gotu kola brings its grounding clarity. Cardamom fruit and betel nut add ancient spice notes that speak of tradition and earth memory 🌱

Cashew milk holds it all in soft suspension, allowing each element to remain close to its original nature. Nothing is overworked, only combined in respect of what it already is.

Finished with cacao, cinnamon, and the faintest trace of brown sugar, just enough to whisper sweetness without disturbing the balance 🌺

A drink not made to transform nature, but to listen to it.

In the bowl, nothing is separate from what forms us. It is drawn from the same field that forms the earth.

In the living foods kitchen, nothing is forced into form. Each element is kept close to its origin, allowed to exist in its own integrity while meeting others in quiet relationship.

The SOL bowl carries this togetherness. Zucchini noodles, garden greens, olives, nori, fermented vegetables, spirulina, tempe, coconut, hummus, moringa, and fresh seasonal produce come together not as a mix, but as a living landscape of textures, cultures, and states of life.

Some are raw, some are fermented, some are grown, some are transformed through time. Each holds its own intelligence, yet none dominate. They exist side by side, creating balance through difference, not uniformity.

What appears as variety is actually coherence. A reflection of how living systems naturally organize themselves when nothing is forced.

This is nourishment as relationship, not composition. 🌿

Everything placed in the bowl is not separate from what forms us. It is drawn from the same field that forms the earth.

In the living foods kitchen, preparation is not about changing nature, but aligning with it. Nothing is transformed into something else. Instead, what is already intelligent is simply revealed.

Greek salad, made with crunchy romaine, cucumber, tomato, and bell pepper, carries the clarity of freshness still close to its origin. Olives bring depth and grounding, while kefir fermented almond feta introduces a living softness that bridges texture and vitality. Fresh oregano moves through it all like breath, subtle yet present.

Creamy balsamic vinaigrette does not dominate, it harmonizes, allowing each element to remain itself while existing in quiet relationship with the others.

Each bowl becomes a balance of structure, hydration, mineral, and natural brightness, arranged not through force but through awareness. What we experience as flavor is the coherence of what has not been altered from its essence.

This is nourishment in its simplest truth, light yet complete, supporting the body without resistance.

Organic ceremonial grade matcha arrives with intention, freshly harvested in Japan and processed through a cycle of return every three months by our suppliers, vivid and alive in its concentrated green presence. It carries a depth that is not created, but preserved, a clarity that speaks of place, time, and careful handling. In its presence, the system is not stimulated, but gently awakened, as if remembering its own natural rhythm.

Houjicha offers contrast, light and gentle, with a clean green softness and a subtle caramel warmth that settles the system. It moves differently, not upward but inward, not activating but grounding. Roasted into calmness, it brings stillness where intensity once moved, creating space for quiet digestion and ease.
