This is August’s Sandwich of the Month: Fried Chicken and Cheese Sandwich. Crispy fried chicken, melted cheddar sliding off the side, butter lettuce and a white barbecue sauce, all in a toasted bun.

We had a hard time choosing July's Wine of the Month. The 2023 Domaine des Granits Les Noëlles is the winery's first fully certified organic vintage, harvested entirely by hand. It has a bright with subtle sea water profile and we especially like it with our Steak tartare.

Chef Ray has been busy again. Pastrami and Stracciatella Sandwich is July’s Sandwich of the Month. It’s filled with Local Parts’ pastrami, creamy stracciatella cheese, spicy & sweet bacon jam and dill pickles on toasted sourdough. Fair warning: You'll need both hands to dig in.
