Chef Ega ( ) arrives from Seminyak, bringing the coastal spirit of .bali at into the hills of Ubud.

For one night, his contemporary approach meets Chora’s culture of gathering through seasonal produce, borderless flavours, and a special menu accompanied by fine wines and signature cocktails.

As dinner moves into night, electronic violin artist Mikhail Talanov ( ) carries the evening forward.
