Homemade turmeric, polenta and cassava arepa served with our home-cured, handline-caught sashimi grade tuna carpaccio, dill and caper cashew cheese, avocado and pickled onions.

Our filled ravioli is made carefully from scratch: pasta rolled by hand, a delicate filling of pumpkin ricotta, medicinal mushrooms and spinach, shaped with patience and attention.

Each step carries skill, presence and respect for the craft.
This is devotional cooking. Knowledge passed on through practice, where technique and care become part of the nourishment itself.
Served with a creamy funghi reishi sauce and basil oil, or a simple pomodoro, always alongside focaccia. Come and enjoy the taste of real nourishment!
