We’re Hiring: Operations Manager (Villa & Restaurant) 🏨✨

AKASHA NewEarth Haven in beautiful Bali is looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the seamless day-to-day running of our luxury villa accommodations and vibrant food & beverage (F&B) outlets.
This multi-faceted role perfectly balances high-end guest services, team leadership, financial management, and facility excellence.
✨ Core Responsibilities
Guest Experience: Ensure highly personalized service from check-in to check-out, seamlessly handle special requests, and proactively manage guest feedback to maintain excellence.
F&B Oversight: Manage restaurant operations, menu ex*****on, bar service, and strict adherence to food hygiene standards.
Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor department heads (including our Head Chef, Villa Supervisors, and Housekeeping teams).
Financial Performance: Manage budgets, track daily revenue, control costs (inventory and payroll), and strategically maximize profitability.
Facility Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep of villa grounds, guest rooms, restaurant equipment, and back-of-house areas.
💼 What We Are Looking For
Experience: 3–5 years in a similar leadership role within luxury hospitality, boutique hotels, or integrated villa/restaurant properties.
Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, sharp financial acumen (Excel/PMS software), and excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
Language: Fluency in English is mandatory; basic proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
