laughed a little louder, stayed a little longer and somehow, the night felt too short for everything we wanted to say.

So, let me introduce you to Bromo Cinde Valley Arabica! A coffee favorite of many Sipah-mates. But do you know the story?

When I visited Benjor Village on the slopes of Bromo, I met Mr. Yusli Obing (Bedjo). He's a really fun guy and his dedication to coffee is extraordinary. We had a long chat about how to make this Bromo coffee special.

After experimenting here and there, we finally agreed to use the Natural Anaerobic process for these Java Andungsari beans. The result? The aroma immediately bursts into the nose, a very fruity taste, with hints of sweet apricot and tamarind.
