These past few months have rushed by—busy days,
constant comings and goings, barely noticing the world around me.
But this morning, the warm sunshine touched my face and my camera gently caught the glow of these simple green leaves—so fresh, so alive, so quietly beautiful.
That little moment lit up my whole morning

I love to travel ❤️

I have been traveling around the world most of my adult life either for works or leisure. Travel makes me happy and content , I find joy when I visit new places and encounter new people.
When I was single, I love to do solo travel and made acquaintances and friends across the continent, it makes my world more colorful.

Now that I am a mother I want to share the joy of travel with the people I love most, my darling daughter .v I use mother and daughter travel time to build my relationship with my girl, to bond and spend quality time with her while we can.
Aurelie and I have been traveling together since she was a toddler, we love to see new places, meet new people, beings adventures with the foods and not afraid to try different kind of foods. Now that she is a teenage girl, traveling with her become more enjoyable and more fun, we walk, we talk , we exchange our stories, we discuss about things happening around the world, we talk about life , places we visit, about future , schools, works or even about cute guys that we met during our travels , we bitch around when we are unhappy about something and laugh about it 😉. Travel with her really double the Joy

This summer we traveled to Turkey . It was an impromptu trip after her initial summer plan was cancelled.

But Turkey was in our top of Bucket list , the countries we want to visit together.
It was like dream come true, travel with Aurelie to the most enchanting country ❤️

Salade Niçoise is a salad that originated in the French city of Nice, It is a French classic that is well made consist of nutritious ingredients.

At Café d’Aurélie we made our own version, made of organic vegetables ie; oakleaf green, cherry tomatoes, rosemary potatoes wedges, blanched french beans, roasted organic chicken breast , soft boiled free range eggs, olives and our homemade vinaigrette.

Velouté de potiron

It is a classic French Pumpkin soup, the term velouté is the French word for velvety.

My version of classic Pumpkin soup made from roasted Butternut Squash, lightly add fresh cream, roasted pumpkin seeds, a drizzle of truffle oil and poached free range eggs served with multigrain sourdough.

The customers feedback, it is a delicious and satisfying light meal.. and slowly it has become the next favorite soup 😀

My favorite breakfast meal, inspired by a Tunisian dish .. My version of it is made from fresh tomatoes, roasted paprika, kale and free range eggs.
