Lets say, you want to start cooking. Just go to your kitchen for 1 minutes every day and stare at your stove for a week.
This method is ridiculous right ?
That also what they said, but this same method what makes you see "av*nza" in every corners of your city. This method is also the same method that makes japanese automotive industry grow so huge.
Set your own example, see if its working or not.
For me, I am making my bed for the first time in my life and im happy about it. I cook breakfast for entire week, and eat fruit for the dinner.
It is working for me !πŸ˜†
