The table tells you everything.
No foam. No tweezers. No micro-herbs placed with a ruler.
Just carrots pulled from the ground this morning, hummus made by hands that have been making it for years, ribs that have been slow-cooking since before you woke up.

The people who cook here aren't performing a dish. They're feeding you the way they'd feed their own family.
That's the only secret.

Come eat. Come North.

A small moment from behind the scenes.
Our team finishing the heirloom tomato section of the garden.
Good meals begin long before service.

Mornings here don't rush you. They just start, slowly, with light through the trees.

Jungle first. Then coffee at The Botanist. Then whatever your body decides. There's no itinerary for this. Just a mountain that knows how to wake you up gently.

Italian families come here for our sourdough pizzas.

That’s the caption.

Some people meditate.
Some people debate seed oils on the internet.
We prefer to cook.

The vegan side says one thing.
The carnivore side says another.
And somewhere in the middle, a pan gets hot and life goes on.

We’re not a trend-following restaurant.
We’re a humble channel for good food passing through good hands.

And now, for those who want it, your meal can be cooked in wagyu beef tallow.

May your beliefs be yours.
May your lunch be excellent.
May the pan remain unbothered.

Our new apple crumble pie.

This is what usually happens.

Heirloom tomatoes are meant to be passed on.

Unlike many modern hybrid varieties, they allow us to save seeds, replant, and grow again, season after season.

Over time, by selecting the plants that thrive best here, they slowly adapt to our soil, our climate, and the rhythm of this place.

It becomes more than farming.

It becomes a cycle.
A relationship with the land.

From seed, to fruit, and back to seed again.

Heirloom means something worth passing on.

These seeds carry more than future harvests.
They carry flavor, memory, resilience, and the kind of beauty that doesn’t come from uniformity.

We have 9 heirloom tomato varieties getting ready for the season ahead, along with a new wave of organic seedlings soon to be planted in our garden.

Soon, they’ll make their way from the earth to your plate.

In the beginning, The Botanist was just a kitchen and an idea.

Local harvests. Slow mornings.
Today, it’s very much alive.
Serving guests, seasons, and the mountain, every day.
And quietly, in the background,
we’re shaping what comes next.

A future chapter unfolding in 2027.

Still farm-led.
Still seasonal.
Still grounded.
