From 27 to 29 May 2026, we are taking over TEST KITCHEN’s beloved Sai Ying Pun home for one last ride. This marks Chef Stephen and Chef Ben’s sixth appearance at TEST KITCHEN, making it a true homecoming for the chefs, but also a poignant farewell to the iconic loft that has hosted so much culinary history.
