Lintong Láktisma

Sumatera island is a well-known major area producing strong and bold coffee in Indonesia. North Sumatera is one of the provinces and Lintong is notably a famous coffee originated from the region.
They're fruity, chocolatey and slightly nutty on the medium roast profile. It is best brew manually using V60, AeroPress or even tubruk style --but also well-pronounced while being blend with our Dampit robusta as an espresso-based drink.

Lintong Láktisma from North Sumatera is available at our store or you may order your own roasted beans packs (made to order minimum of H-1).

In the outskirt of Malang region, Mt Arjuna stand tall and became the location of quite a few of arabica coffee farms. Budug Asu in Lawang region is one of them. The coffees are so pleasant with fruity notes and sweet undertone. Depend on the post-crop proccess, the anaerobic and wine process result the winey nuance throughout the brew.

Waktu adalah ilusi. Enam tahun bukan waktu yang pendek namun juga tidak terasa berlalu. Entah sudah berapa ratus atau ribu kilogram green beans yang kami proses roasting sepanjang itu, berapa liter espresso, kopi susu, kopi filter dan teh yang sudah kami seduh. Lebih dari lima negara sudah kami kunjungi tanpa kami sendiri yang terbang. Yang pasti, ada kalian kawan-kawan yang sudah membersamai kami bahkan since day 1. Tak lupa juga tabik bagi para senior dan rekan perkopian yang telah berbagi ilmu, niaga dan inspirasi.

Kawan seduh, our dearest friends..
Machi Mocho lahir dari kecintaan kami terhadap kopi bahkan jauh sebelum enam tahun yang lalu, 19 Mei 2020. Handcrafted coffee yang dimaknai sebagai cikal bakal liquid gold, pelukan hangat dalam cangkir, kesegaran duniawi yang hakiki, teman inspiratif yang bijaksana di tiap sesapan atau tegukan.
