Thank you for this journey in 2025 ✨✨✨

That’s all that can be conveyed as the closing of this 2025 operational year. As a brand, we feel and experience a lot of changes throughout this year. At first we had a place to greet our customers, until finally counting from this year we greeted customers at colleagues’ place through the Pop-up bar event which next may be our new identity.

Thank you to some colleagues that we can’t mention, who have trusted us to Pop-up at your place, and thank you also to the old and new customers we met at our Pop-up place during 2025 🙏🏻🙏🏻✨✨

We will continue to improve and develop so that we remain relevant in this industry. Thank You for the Journey ☕️☕️

We will greet you in 2026 by restocking our product line with the release of espresso and coffee filter ✨✨✨

𝙂𝙚𝙢𝙨 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙎𝙪𝙡𝙖𝙬𝙚𝙨𝙞

Ini merupakan kali ke-4 merilis kopi dari Enrekang, dan juga menjadi kopi dengan natural proses yang pertama origin ini. Sejak pertama kali kami rilis, kopi dari Enrekang ini selalu tidak pernah absen dari line up kami, meskipun kehadirannya dengan jumalh yang sangat terbatas 🙏🏻

Datang kali ini dengan proses Natural Anaerobic, tetapi di luar dugaan spektrum dan impresi rasa yang dihadirkan justru menyerupai kopi dengan proses Full Wash 👌🏻

Spektrum buah buah tropis seperti ambarella dan juga mangga, diikuti dengan manis seperti sugarcane, menjadikan Enrekang Buntu Lenta salah satu opsi penawaran yang menarik, jika ingin mencoba kopi Natural Anaerobic yang bersih dan juga tidak terlalu funky 👌🏻

Bring Back to the Community

Terima kasih kepada yang sudah menginisiasi kami pada acara “Take Over Bar” hari ini. Senang rasanya bisa kembali berbagi dengan khalayak yang lebih luas, mengingat posisi yang berada di dalam Pasar tepatnya di Pasar Klojen.

Pola komunikasi seperti ini mengingatkan kami pada memori dimana kami juga sempat membuka coffee bar yang juga berlokasi di Pasar sekitar 2/3 tahun lalu.

𝟏𝟗𝟗𝟔

Ini merupakan batch kedua dari 𝐊𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐣𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝟏𝟗𝟗𝟔 yang dikerjakan secara apik oleh mas dan team . Kopi yang secara umum ini diproses dengan natural reverse anaerob yang dimana, kopi ini dijemur terlebih selama 24jam lalu difermentasi secara anaerob dengan durasi selama 144jam.

Secara spektrum rasa, kami cukup terkejut dengan komposisi rasa yang diusung oleh kopi ini. Spektrum warna merah keunguan menyerupai semangka dan berries, serta diiringi aroma kembang atau floral yang tipis, menjadikan kopi ini sangat kompatibel untuk dinikmati secara perlahan tanpa harus terburu waktu 👌🏻

Kopi ini akan kami bawa pada public cupping hari Senin tanggal 24 Februari di .coffee bertepatan dengan pop up event oleh dari 👌🏻

Last Batch Santigi Estate Double HSW

Menjadi kemasan terakhir yang kami rilis di bulan ini, Santigi Estate akan selalu menjadi benchmark kami dalam merilis kopi private lot kedepannya. Kami berterima kasih kepada yang sudah mau menginisiasi projek private lot ini tahun lalu.

Pola kolaborasi seperti ini sudah menjadi impian kami sejak 2/3 tahun kebelakang. Besar harapan kami, pola kolaborasi ini bisa tetep berjalan dengan tetep mengutamakan konsep sustainability dan traceability antara kami dengan petani dan prosesor rekanan kami selanjutnya.

Nowadays we believe that market of espresso roast are divided in 2 sections, which are espresso blend and single origin espresso. There are pros and cons between blend and single origin espresso roast. Both of them can have unique and extrinsic flavor (depending on the roast style and how we adjust it).

We personally love single origin espresso more than espresso blend, but doesn’t meant we hate the espresso blend. We still love espresso blend, so that’s why we have Sarasvati as our signature blend 👌🏻

Became the most popular fermentation style processing since 2015, we’re glad to be one of the parties who can release coffee with this post-harvest process 👌🏻

After choosing and considering for a long time, finally, for the first time, we released Kerinci Natural Carbonic Maceration as our line up for this process.
The spectrum of flavors resulting from the combination of Kerinci Sungai Penuh and Natural Carbonic Maceration process brings a pleasant impression. The taste perception resembles grape juice, lemonade, and is followed by pineapple, giving layers of flavors that are quite pleasant to enjoy this coffee as hot or cold.

This coffee is already available on our marketplace shelves, and can be secured for both online and offline purchases.

Sebagai sebuah lini bisnis yang sedikit mengadopsi pola rilisan produk seperti usaha garmen, penentuan konsep dan juga kemudahan pola kerja dalam menentukan setiap rilisan adalah hal yang harus dipikir secara matang. Menentukan tema apa yang akan dirilis adalah kunci utama, agar supaya di setiap rilisan produk tersebut, sebisa mungkin kami bisa memberikan sentuhan dan warna yang baru.

Penentuan ini juga berdampak pada setiap origin yang kami kurasi dan kami sourcing dari beberap petani (baik yang sudah menjadi partner kami atau belum). Sejauh kami menjalankan usaha ini, kami selalu memberikan kualitas atau grade yang sama baik untuk disangrai sebagai filter atau espresso based.

Salah satu framework yang kami pakai ini, memudahkan kami dalam memproduksi setiap rilisan kami. Sehingga dengan biji kopi yang sama, kami memberikan pengalaman rasa yang berbeda dengan pendekatan pola roasting yang berbeda juga.
