mie curry ala Thailand, kita highlight rasa sereh dan asam yang bright, dipadu dengan kepiting

Masih dalam tahap eksplorasi masih bisa dicari balance yang pas antara fresh, creamy, dan kedalaman bumbu.

Kita mulai dengan eksperimen yang agak unik…
Udon pakai secret sauce, dipadu sama beef hamburg, dan diatasnya ada giant ravioli isi keju

Masih jauh dari final dan masih banyak yang harus di-improve, dari rasa sampai balance-nya.
