So far, we often find these herbal plant in cosmetic products. Sometimes we think that these herbal plant comes from abroad. In fact, these plant is an Indonesian herbal that is easy to find. Not only good for the skin, these herbal plant is also beneficial for health if consumed properly.
•Aloe Vera (Lidah Buaya)
We often find this herbal plant in various beauty products or food. However, sometimes we think that this herbal plants comes from abroad. In fact, this plant is a one of Indonesian flora which is rich of benefits. The gel of aloe vera contains most of the beneficial bioactive compounds in the plant, including vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and antioxidants. It keeps your skin clear and hydrated. For body, it lowers blood sugar levels, reduces constipation and dental plaque, etc. You can enjoy the benefits of aloe vera in the form of cosmetics or processed dishes such as aloe vera smoothies, nata de aloe vera, aloe vera soup, and many more.
•Moringa (Daun Kelor)
Nowadays, moringa was hypening because of its benefits that are claimed useful for skin. However, there are many people who don't know that moringa is herbal plant from Indonesia and easy to find. Either from beneficial for beauty, Moringa is also beneficial for health such as, reduce cholesterol and blood sugar, rich antioxidants, and as an anti-cancer.
