Some guests come to Villa Nero to explore the island of Gili Trawangan.
Some end up staying in the pool a little longer than planned once the cocktails arrive.

A family staying with us noticed a coconut tree just outside the villa wall. “Is that a coconut tree?” they asked. 🌴
“Yes it is… you don’t see many of those in your country huh?” our staff said.
Then the dad asked the important question:
“Can we get one?”
Our staff jokingly replied,
“If you can get it, I’ll give it for free.”
Next thing we know, the whole family is cheering him on while taking photos like it’s the Olympics.
And somehow… dad actually made it happen.
Everyone was laughing, the kids were excited, the wife looked proud, and one coconut brought so much joy. 🥥
The family asked our staff to prepare it fresh for them, and honestly, seeing everyone so happy over something so simple felt pretty special.
And yes… happiness really did come from one coconut tree.
Because after finishing the first one, the dad climbed it again for another 😂
Absolute legend.
