Dapur Tara Flores Restaurant just outside of Labuan Bajo is a community based Traditional Flores Restaurant. We are specialising in Traditional Flores Food with ingredients mainly from our Organic Garden or from our surrounding farmers. Enjoy Dapur Tara Flores Restaurant’s specialities, Jungle Breakfast and Jungle Lunch, You can also visit us anytime for a Manggarai Coffee, Spicy Coffee or Herbal
Tea. The Jungle Breakfast includes our home made Dapur Tara Flores Granola Mix. It is served with fresh fruits and grinded coconut. Bamboo rice (Nasi Kolo) and Smoked Chicken is one of the specialities in our restaurant, prepared in our Open Fire Kitchen and is included in the Jungle Lunch. The Jungle Lunch also comes with our different sambals (a kind of spicy chili chutney) which we prepare from fresh ingredients. You are always welcome for a Spicy Coffee (Manggarai coffee, cloves, white turmeric, pandan leaves, ginger, cinnamon, galangal, ginger and love), Coffee Manggarai (Rustica, Arabica) or a Herbal Tea with herbs from our organic gardens. Depending on season we offer Herbal Tea with Lemongrass, Rosella, Mint, Ginger, White Turmeric and more. Dining outside at Dapur Tara Flores Restaurant is dining in the middle of the nature, listening to the birds and feeling the fresh air enhancing your appetite. If you prefer eating your Jungle Food elsewhere we prepare the food in natural packaging for pick-up. We can also deliver to your location in Labuan Bajo and surroundings.
