For this year’s edition, five chefs from Marriott Bonvoy’s portfolio of hotels across Indonesia present their interpretations of beloved Indonesian classics—flavors rooted in home kitchens, street-side stalls, and cherished family tables. Highlights include Se’i Sapi, Pecel Pincuk, Bakwan & Bakso Malang, Bubur Manado, and Ayam Taliwang.

Our Mi Terruño Wine Dinner was a remarkable success, graciously attended by both new faces and our cherished returning guests. The night was further elevated by the presence of the Brand Manager of DSP Lifestyle, Kenny Yokohadinata, who guided us through an immersive journey into the heritage and character behind the label.
