WE are three brothers who love to feed people, are passionate about positive and healthy life and obsessed by the simple hero ingredient the Tuna fish. Our vision and mission is to serve delicious humble tuna meal, using the best clean honest fresh produce and ingredients available locally. We use three types of oil in the cooking process of our food. The humble ‘light coconut oil’ for the light frying. The lovely ‘light olive oil’ and the extraordinary “Extra Virgin Olive Oil” for grilling. We choose them for the beautiful flavor they add to our food and wellness benefits they provide for you. You will never have enough of the mayonnaise in our burger for its sweet tangy flavor, for its creaminess and smooth texture. We carefully make it, home made - from the fluffy egg white with some dash of soybean oil. Some sprinkles of Diet Red Salt are used to bring out the natural flavor of each of the ingredients. The buns are whole wheat, olives and herbs focaccias. Not only are that – the special sauce in between the buns is a special blend of yogurt and fresh tropical fruits. It’s perfect combination. Come over to our joint to experience the adventure! You will be greeted by us and the delicious aroma of our coffee house blend, waking you up in the morning or to kill that 3 O’clock crash in the afternoon. If coffee isn’t your thing, simply enjoy our free infused water which has healthy signature all over it as it hydrates and refreshes your body. From the sea, to our own fishing boat and to you, serve with passion and love. The Tuna Brothers.
