Join us for a rare vertical tasting of Castello di Ama’s cult Merlot, L’Apparita. One of Tuscany’s most iconic single-vineyard wines, it was first released in 1985 and celebrated for its elegance, depth, and remarkable aging potential. In celebration of Castello di Ama’s 40th anniversary, we will pour five vintages: 1989, 1995, 2000, 2011, and 2021, with standout acclaim including 100 points (Vinous) for the 2021 vintage and 98 JS points for 2011, alongside strong Parker and WS scores for earlier vintages.

Guiding the evening is Lorenza Sebasti, owner and CEO of Castello di Ama and part of the founding family, sharing first-hand stories and insights behind these extraordinary wines.

The wines are paired with a four-course menu by Chef Luca Pezzera: Sautéed King Prawn with chickpea purée, Homemade Pici with rosemary lamb ragù and pecorino, grilled Black Angus Sirloin with parmesan potato mousse and rosemary glaze, and Orange Pound Cake with mascarpone cream and berries.

A celebration of Alpine wines.

Bellavista Alma Grande Cuvée Franciacorta opens the night with crisp citrus and brioche finesse. Jermann Chardonnay follows, clean and silky with cool-climate precision. Elena Walch Pinot Nero brings gentle red berries and elegance, before Arpepe Nebbiolo from Valtellina takes the stage with lifted florals and mineral tension. The evening ends with Franz Haas Lagrein—deep, structured, and confidently bold.

Each pour is paired with a 5-course menu by Chef Luca Pezzera, from Pan-Roasted Tiger Prawn with truffle fondue to Wagyu Sirloin MB 5–6, finishing sweetly with Nutella Crumble Tart and vanilla sauce.

Explore the Alpine terroirs of Northern Italy at a wine dinner at Bistecca, shaped by cool climates and mineral-rich vineyards.

The evening opens with Bellavista ‘Alma’ Grande Cuvée Franciacorta, crisp with citrus and brioche notes, followed by the silky freshness of Jermann Chardonnay, the delicate red-berry elegance of Elena Walch Pinot Nero, the floral, high-altitude finesse of Arpepe Nebbiolo from Valtellina, and the bold yet polished dark-fruit depth of Franz Haas Lagrein.

These wines are paired with a 5-course menu by Chef Luca Pezzera, featuring Pan-Roasted Tiger Prawn with truffle fondue, comforting Pizzoccheri in sage butter, earthy morel mushroom risotto, and grilled Wagyu Sirloin MB 5–6 with red wine sauce, before ending on a Nutella Crumble Tart with vanilla sauce.

An evening meant to be shared, this Valentine’s Day at Bistecca.

Silky Ruby Red Snapper Carpaccio opens the evening, brightened with grain mustard and pops of salmon roe. Creamy Linguine Crab follows, rich with vodka tomato sauce and finished with crisp zucchini flower. Then the highlight of the night: Wagyu Sirloin MB 6–7, grilled to perfection, served with garlic broccolini, hand-cut fries, and a bold black truffle glaze. End on a sweet note with our signature Basque Burnt Cheesecake.

Add a bottle of fine wine, linger a little longer, and let the night unfold.

Rekindle romance over an indulgent 4-course set menu by Chef Luca Pezzera. Begin with Ruby Red Snapper Carpaccio dressed in grain mustard & salmon roe, followed by Linguine Crab in a creamy vodka tomato sauce with fried zucchini flower. The highlight of the night is a perfectly grilled Wagyu Sirloin MB 6–7, served with garlic broccolini, hand-cut fries & black truffle glaze, before ending with a luscious Basque Burnt Cheesecake.
