Toong Tong Keaw Waan
(Crispy Golden Bag stuffed with Prawn and Chicken with green curry flavour)

for stuffing mixture
20 grams minced prawn
30 grams minced chicken
1 teaspoon green curry paste
1 teaspoon tapioca flour
1 leaf kaffir lime leaf (finely sliced)

for wrapping
4 pieces spring roll wrapped papers
2 stalks spring onions (steamed or blanched)

for garlic paste
5 grams coriander root
10 grams garlic
¼ teaspoon white pepper

Seasoning
½ teaspoon light soya sauce
½ teaspoon white sugar
