From a small home business running on pre-orders, to a humble smokehouse in Menteng, and now being included in Indonesia’s Best 100 Restaurants as one of the 30 Best Casual Dining restaurants.
It still feels a little unreal.
We still remember the early days, when service was quiet, the team was tiny, and we were all doing a little bit of everything just to keep things moving. Slowly but surely, service after service, we kept going: learning, improving, and growing.
Along the way, we were lucky to have people who believed in us. A special thank you to our business partner Steven, who helped us turn LC into a restaurant and grow beyond what we could have done alone.
Today, the team has grown so much, the dining room is busier, and the smokers are running every day, something we’re deeply grateful for.
The journey has been long, tiring, and challenging at times, but always driven by passion, and never built alone. Every person in the team played a part in making LC Smokehouse what it is today.
We’re thankful to our mentors, team, family, friends, collaborators, and especially our regulars for all the support, trust, hard work, and love for smoked meats throughout the years.
Thank you for being part of this journey, for growing with us, and for allowing us to be part of your moments and memories.
