Meet Liz ✨ our education partner, teacher, and she is the spotlight brewer for the month of August!
“I’ve always enjoyed pairing my meal with a drink but b**r was never in the picture until I met my now husband in 2017, who convinced me that there’s a b**r style I’d love. Much to my surprise, there really were hundreds of b**r styles to try. Throughout our travels, I’ve been able to try many of these styles and I’ve come to love sours and farmhouse ales, amongst others. In 2018, I started sitting in on Leon's brewing sessions and eventually stood up and helped. It wasn’t long before I was making my own b**rs.
While the b**rs are a fun part of the journey, equally as important is the collaborative community that surrounds the scene. I hope to share more on what I have learned and grow the appreciation of a well-made b**r”
