This is the "Up to You" special by Gusti. Bali coffee, 2 eggs any way you like (this time poached), nice portion of baked beans, then stir-fried veggies. I call it "up to you" because it's up to Gusti to put whatever he has into that stir fry! Comes out fresh and yummy every time, the eggs are always cooked perfectly. All for IDR 30k!

Gusti's will be closed for 4 days starting tomorrow Monday February 8 for Galungan. ARGGGGGH, we'll have to go somewhere else for breakfast!!! Re-opening Friday March 12.

This morning I suggested to Gusti that he provide a delivery service to nearby homestays. He said he doesn't have any people, so I suggested his son. Gusti explained that his son only contacts him when he needs money. There is nothing funnier in this world than a Gusti Action Sequence HAHAHAHAHA

If you want to pick up your meal and take it away (bunkus) just send a txt message to Gusti on 0817-9722-317 !!
Also, if you want a meal that isn't on the menu, just ask, if Gusti can make it, you'll get it! Here is my "Up to You" omelette in which Gusti puts whatever fresh veggies he has on hand, together with chicken and baked beans, only Rupiah 30k.
