Aris and Susan Sunandar have opened Malu Malu Kucing Multicultural Kitchen in Kuta, Bali. They moved to Bali in the beginning of 2012 with the idea of bringing together taste sensations from around the world. The multicultural kitchen is a showcase for the different foods the people of the world love. The Sunandars select a range of meals to suit all tastes and at prices all can afford. Aris had always worked in the hospitality industry in Bandung, Java, his home city. “My family has always been involved in the restaurant business. Working with food is where I want to be, it brings me to life!” After meeting his Australian wife in Bali, he moved to Australia where he spent ten years successfully learning about the Aussie taste in food, including work at the award winning Gazebo restaurant in Elizabeth Bay, Sydney.
