Occupational hazard - when we go to other people's houses for a gathering around food (the only gathering worth having), guess what we contribute to the table:
Good ol' hummus, moutabal (baba ghanoush), fattoush, falafel, batata, harra, a big pot of hearty Dawood basha, and (under the kitchen towel) arabic bread.
Good food always starts from the heart, at home, among loved ones.
