Actually, Bihun is like the middle child in our PoeMie choice of carbs; usually forgotten (in Mama Poe’s household especially) but usually have bigger sense of individualism.
It tends to get too sticky and cling onto one another, but when poured with PoeMie topping and its tasteful brown broth on top of it, it will soaks all the flavour in and every bite will taste like party in your mouth. 🤤
