Airin joined us two years ago as Chef de Partie. She’s now our Sous Chef.

Steady, focused, and always learning. She has grown into her role naturally, starting with the cold section and desserts, and now helping lead the kitchen.

From Bandung to Malaysia, and through different kitchens along the way, she brings both discipline and curiosity to what she does.
