When you have been working with a bakery business for almost seven years, you realize that what you build is not only measured by the products you put in the display case.

You build knowledge.

You build processes.

You build a team.

And over time, you build a business foundation.

At Mister & Misses Cakes in Bogor, we have built a bakery-pastry-café concept that combines retail, production, coffee and dine-in experience.

But perhaps the most valuable part is what cannot easily be seen:

The know-how behind the products.

Ingredient knowledge.
Production experience.
Baking craftsmanship.
Quality discipline.
And years of hands-on experience.
