A little note about matcha. 🍃

The term “ceremonial grade” is widely used to help people understand matcha quality. In reality, there is no official grading system in Japan that classifies matcha as ceremonial or non-ceremonial.

We continue to use the term because it is familiar to many people and provides a helpful point of reference.

What matters most to us is the quality of the matcha itself. Every matcha we serve is carefully selected from premium-grade tea, chosen for its character, balance, and overall drinking experience.

At the end of the day, it's not about the label. It's about what's in the cup.
