One of our customer's favorite menu, Mie Hong Kong 🍜

It is a popular Cantonese noodle dish. The thin handmade egg wheat noodles remained springy with bite, lightly tossed in sauce, matched with thickly cut tender roast meat, or plump fish ball and fresh vegetables.

You can choose the topping ; juicy and sweet Char siu / crackling Samcan / bouncy Fish Ball / juicy Chicken Soy . It is really a great match with the thin noodle.

These lucky Chinese New Year foods are said to help bring good fortune.

"Lucky food" is served especially on Chinese New Year dinner, which is believed to bring good luck for the coming year.

Each of traditional Chinese New Year foods have their own meaning
- Pork symbolizing strength, wealth, and blessings.
- Chicken/ Duck symbolizing family and unity
- Fish increase in prosperity
- Longevity Noodle symbolize a wish for longevity, long life
- Dumpling ushering in wealth and prosperity
- Spring Roll is a wish for prosperity (because fried spring rolls look like gold bars)
- Lo Bak Go symbolizing of prosperity and rising fortunes
- Nian Gao symbolizes achieving new heights in the coming year
