A real Margherita is actually pretty simple.
Tomatoes, mozzarella, dough, basil. That’s it.

Which sounds easy… but it’s not.

There’s nowhere to hide.
Every single ingredient has to do its job.

The tomatoes need to be just right.
The dough needs time to rise, no shortcuts.
The cheese should melt the way it’s supposed to.
And the basil… it’s there to finish it, not just sit on top.

When it’s this simple,
you get it right or it shows.
