From our earth oven by the sea to the auction table, the evening brought together fire, food, wine, and shared experience.

Together with Chef Maxie Millian, guests bid on curated fish, meat, wine, and champagne selections, each presented one by one throughout the night.

All were chosen with intention, crafted over fire, and shared around the table.

Because at The Auction, one winning bid often becomes a meal enjoyed by many.
