There are four cake flavors to choose from:

Every Sunday, S**I opens its doors at 11.30am and serves a menu full of brunch classics fused with a Japanese and Balinese touch.

Expect freshly prepared dishes, sushi, sashimi, cocktails, desserts, and a slower Sunday atmosphere designed for gathering with friends and family.

Alongside the brunch, guests can also craft their own flower bouquet at the Bloom Bar and write their Sunday Intentions at S**I’s outdoor bamboo installation throughout the afternoon.
