To celebrate, we’re bringing together everything that has shaped our journey so far. Japanese craftsmanship, Balinese hospitality, great food, cocktails, entertainment, and the community that has been part of it all.

Join us for an evening that begins with a Summer Garden Party at sunset, followed by the launch of our Signature Tuna Cutting Show Series and a 7-course seasonal tasting menu inspired by the flavors of summer.

Every Sunday, S**I opens its doors at 11.30am and serves a menu full of brunch classics fused with a Japanese and Balinese touch.

Expect freshly prepared dishes, sushi, sashimi, cocktails, desserts, and a slower Sunday atmosphere designed for gathering with friends and family.

Alongside the brunch, guests can also craft their own flower bouquet at the Bloom Bar and write their Sunday Intentions at S**I’s outdoor bamboo installation throughout the afternoon.
