Here is our Japanese Diet Salad. It’s low in calories and nourishing, helping you meet your weight goals.
Shirataki noodle is made from Glucomannnan, a type of fiber that comes from the root of the konjac plant in Japan. They’re high in fiber, low digestible carbs, very filling yet low in calories.
Wakame seaweed, also low in calories, high in fiber and rich in nutrients like minerals and vitamins.
Combined with cucumber, served with Oil-Free Yuzu Pon Dressing.
