Why B-Toast? The B stands for 'brioche', our signature homemade brioche, baked fresh for its soft, buttery crumb and made to hold generous fillings.

This is how to enjoy our Crepelaigou:

① Break the egg: let the yolk run. smear it all over.
② Part the herbs: coriander, spread across.
③ Cut & part it: straight through the middle.
④ Fold it like a pizza: every flavour in one bite.

Chef Yen recommends it with smoked bacon (130k). Smoked chicken (90k) is the second option.
