Sometimes, people don't realize how sharp a tongue and how inconsiderate words can be without knowing the efforts behind it.
Everyone can have bad days, but not everyone throws it to other people.
Working and living our lives in hospitality industry teaches us that sometimes bad attitudes are not meant to be.
"Maybe they just have a bad day.."
"Could be something happened to her before she came here.."
Sometimes, people also forget that we have our lives too.
We could have bad days too.
Things can happen to us too.
As much as we try to be perfect, there are many things we didn't mean to and things that are out of our control.
