In a study according to the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, people who took photographs of their food before eating, said that their food tastes better than the group who had not. The study also suggested that the group who had taken photographs of their food expressed how enjoyable the entire experience had been because of it.

Some people may argue that taking a photo of your food is a form of ritualistic behavior. In a way it's similar to praying and being present and mindful to what is in front of you before eating.

Despite the difficult last 2 years, Andika expanded his skillset beyond Republik and creates and develops menus for 𝐇𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭 𝐇𝗼𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐢] clients in Bali. Arabica or Robusta? What’s the difference?

Arabica beans are often considered superior and aromatic in taste, with a smoother, sweeter taste, with flavour notes of chocolate, fruits and berries.

Robusta is widely used in espresso blends because it is known to produce a better crema (the creamy layer found on top of an espresso shot). It is hardier and packs more caffeine - it can sometimes give you that shaky feeling after too many Robusta coffees!
