dear Amici Miei,

this is the last time I'll write on this page I created for Amici Miei restaurant.

I'm out of the Italian Factor kft owner of the restaurant.
For this reason this page will also be hidden from public view in the following hours and a new one will take its place
(click the logo under for the new one)

Thank to all my friends, to all of you, to all our customers during my stay at the restaurant as to who still was following the page!
Thanks also to the very few professionals I've been in contact with in all this months.

This is:

Pizza of the Boss
(parmigiana di melanzane)

We gave this name because one of the bosses (me 😜) said to the pizzaiolo how to make it, that is:
tomato, eggplant slides, mozzarella di bufala, grana padano, olive oil and basil!
Very very nice!!!

Íme a Fõnök Pizzàja:

Azért ezt a nevet adtuk ennek a pizzànak, mert az étterem egyik fõnöke(én😜) megkérte a pizza szakàcsot, hogy süssön pizzàt az alàbbi összetevõkbõl:
-paradicsom, padlizsàn szeletek, bivaly mozzarella, grana padano sajt, olivaolaj és bazsalikom.
Az eredmény fantasztikus!!!
