bel ti machann bel ti machann is a project of Pennies for Haiti and a delivery service of fruits and vegetables. My passion brought me to Belle Fontaine, Haiti.

We hope to grow to the point where we are making a profit to help sustain our malnutrition project in Belle Fontaine. Working with Pennies for Haiti is a mission I look forward to seeing through the end. On October 23, 2016, my life would change directions and have more purpose because of a little boy named Julian. Julian passed away of malnutrition. When I inquired as to the reason why his parent

s were not feeding him since they were farmers. I was told Belle Fontaine is so far that it is not cost effective to carry their crop into town. We later also found out that they are so far that they don't have access to other nutritious food except for what their area is best known to grow. In response to this knowledge, I started "bel ti machann." We now purchase their crop and sell necessary fruits and vegetables to them. Every basket you purchase from "bel ti machann" is ensuring a child is fed in the mountains of Belle Fontaine. Thank you for your support!
