1. Most construction materials are locally produced, such as wood, tole etc..

2. About 90% of the ingredients used are locally produced:
. Banane - plantation arcahaie
. Cafe - production Seguin
. Bread - local bakery
. Produce - Seguin
. Fruit - locally grown

The Shack is located in a prime and secure area of Petion-Ville, with lots of parking space. We offer air conditioned dining room and scheduled outside sitting area.
