Dragi gosti,
Znamo da je Pergola bila mjesto koje su mnogi od vas voljeli i nosili u srcu dugi niz godina.
Danas smo jako sretni što ovom prekrasnom restoranu možemo dati novo poglavlje. Zahvaljujući povjerenju Ljiljane i Fabricija, dobili smo priliku udahnuti novi život ovom mjestu.
Odlučili smo nastaviti njegovu priču pod novim imenom: Petul.
Petul je projekt francusko-istarskog para: Daniel, koji dolazi iz Umaga, i Emie, koja dolazi iz Francuske. Naša kuhinja spaja ta dva svijeta, kombinirajući lokalne istarske proizvode s profinjenim tehnikama francuske gastronomije.
Trenutno pripremamo restoran i veselimo se što ćemo vas uskoro ugostiti.
Otvorenje je planirano za 9. travnja.

We know that Pergola was a place many of you loved and held close to your hearts for many years.
Today, we are very happy to give this beautiful restaurant a new chapter. Thanks to the trust of Ljiljana and Fabricio, we have been given the opportunity to bring new life to this place.
We have decided to continue the story under a new name: Petul.
Petul is a project created by a Franco-Istrian couple: Daniel, originally from Umag, and Emie, from France. Our cuisine brings together these two worlds, combining local Istrian products with refined French culinary techniques.
We are currently preparing the restaurant and look forward to welcoming you soon.
Opening planned for April 9.
