It was a great pleasure to welcome Oriol Castro, one of the three chefs behind Barcelona’s legendary restaurant Disfrutar.

In 2024, Disfrutar was ranked No. 1 on the prestigious World’s 50 Best Restaurants list, and it also proudly holds three Michelin stars. ⭐⭐⭐
