A curated journey through three expressive wines, each telling a different story of terroir, craft, and character.

White

Michael Gindl Flora

- Elderflower, white peach and green apple, lifted by fresh citrus and a stony minerality. Juicy, energetic and endlessly drinkable.



Red

Domaine Viret Renaissance

- Ripe dark berries, black olives and Mediterranean herbs layered over earthy spice and leather notes. Powerful yet vibrant, with remarkable depth and a long savoury finish.



Orange

Tomac Marany

- Layers of dried apricot, blood orange and grapefruit unfold over subtle ginger spice and mineral freshness. Complex yet incredibly drinkable, with delicate tannins and remarkable energy.

As the specialty coffee industry continues to evolve, we are seeing more and more overlap with the world of wine.

Fermentation, carbonic maceration, terroir, producer-driven storytelling — many of the concepts that define modern specialty coffee have long been part of wine culture. The deeper we dive into coffee, the more we realize how closely these two worlds are connected.

That is why we chose to approach wine in the same way we approach coffee.

Not by grape variety or region alone, but through flavour, craftsmanship, origin, and the people behind it. Through stories, terroir, and a genuine appreciation for what makes each bottle unique.

Just as we curate our coffee selection around distinct flavour profiles, we have chosen three wines that represent three different expressions:

White. Red. Orange.

After tasting countless wines, these three became the personal favourites of the man behind the CHI concept — our head roaster and owner, Josip. And if you know Josip, you know that he is exceptionally selective.

We invite you to explore wine the same way we explore coffee: with curiosity, attention, and enjoyment.

With spring in full bloom, we’re inviting you to our very first pop-up, bringing together brunch, flowers, and specialty coffee.

As a specialty coffee space, we’re always inspired by origin, seasonality, and the stories behind what we serve.

For this pop-up, we’re teaming up with to bring delicious brunch plates that reflect the season, while also drawing subtle inspiration from the countries our coffee and ingredients come from.

On the day, will join us with a curated selection of fresh flowers, available to purchase and take home, so you can bring a bit of spring with you.

We start at 10am and will be serving food until sold out.
