IT’S SATURDAY MORNING AT CHI.

The café is full. There’s a line at the bar.
Orders keep coming in.

Three espressos waiting. Two flat whites. Four iced matchas. Someone wants a V60. Someone else is asking about the beans. The dishwasher is full. You’re running out of clean pitchers.

You’re moving fast, cleaning as you go, communicating with your team and somehow still making every drink exactly how it should be.

And you’re loving it.

If that sounds exciting rather than terrifying, keep reading.

We’re looking for people who actually love hospitality, not just coffee or the idea of working in a cool specialty coffee shop.

If you collapse in a rush — this is not for you.
If you’re messy — this is not for you.
If you can’t work with a team and leave your ego aside — this is not for you.
If you can’t be fast, accurate and precise — this is not for you.

We want people who get a kick out of a busy day. Who enjoy the pressure, the rhythm and the satisfaction of a great service.

We can teach you coffee.
We can’t teach you to love the rush.
