La Gitana Restaurant The name came from “škver ( “a shipyard” in the Dalmatian-Croatian dialect) that occupied this area in the 17-18.

Located in the very center of the old city of Stari Grad, restaurant La Gitana offers the best blend of traditional Dalmatian hospitality, incredible menu, and bold, sumptuous originality in and out of the kitchen.
