Our current Γ la carte Lunch/Dinner menu celebrates local spring produce, serving light starters such as Endive & Citrus Salad, and delicious mains, such as Shells Buzara, Grilled Octopus, 45 Day Aged Rib-Eye or Duck Confit. Our amazing Head Chef Alexandre Ange has been busy sourcing local produce to bring together a dynamic & fresh concept for summer. We will have a weekly special in addition to our Γ la carte Lunch/Dinner Menu that will change and evolve, depending on whatβs in season and available from our local producers and partners. Our Pastry Chef masterfully combines French and Croatian sweet classics presenting them so elegantly as 21st century interpretations. Together our dedicated team transforms whole butter, cream, fresh fruits and imported French chocolate into a variety of delicious cakes and deserts using traditional & contemporary techniques, baked and prepared fresh on the premises.
