Naš sous chef posljednjih mjeseci imao je posebnu pomoć u kuhinji. Stipe, polaznik privatne škole Wallner i jedan od njihovih top odabira za praksu, kroz rad u Makarunu pokazao je ozbiljan trud, disciplinu i želju za učenjem.

Od prvih servisa do Chef’s Table večeri na našoj krovnoj terasi, gdje je postao Frankova desna ruka — napredak se itekako vidi. 👏🏻
