Fire and smoke have always been at the heart of what we do at Artičok.
For years, we relied on a Japanese Konro grill, but over time we realized our ambitions had outgrown it.
This spring, we decided to build a grill of our own—one that simply didn’t exist on the market. Inspired by the Argentine style of grilling, we redesigned it to suit the way we work and the demands of a professional
kitchen.
Behind this project are countless hours of planning, sketching, and problem-solving. We carefully selected every material, searched for the best solutions, and spent days in the workshop cutting, drilling, grinding, and visiting countless suppliers in search of the right components.
In the end, every hour was worth it.
Today, our guests can experience even deeper flavours of fire and smoke, exactly as we always imagined. Because cooking over fire isn’t a trend—it’s a timeless craft that continues to inspire us every single day.
This is the story of our grill—from the very first idea to its place at the heart of the Artičok kitchen.
